Touchup.exe Crash
I got the same error when I clicked the icon from desktop. BUT when I clicked the TS4.exe from Game - Bin folder, I got a different error, it says initialization error at startup [135dec40:984c6a7]. I just don't know what I've done wrong. Should I try one more time uninstall and re-install the whole TS4 base game and the ultimate fix?
