Bkwestman, We left EW behind for similar reasons noted above and have been using ProPresenter on a PC for about 2 months. It has been consistently unstable. I had an issue with Outlook 2013 crashing often when I first installed it a few months ago. If any of the Windows/configuration settings are off, you wouldn't necessarily see performance issues or crashing in Windows itself-- it would indeed only be an issue when MediaShout is running on that setup.
