22, 2019 I saw the Neat Scanner in the store and bought it. I do daycare and I thought that would be easier for me. I haven’t figured out how to use it though and I gave up on it again. It has been frustrating. They should have a disc that I can watch and has steps on how to use Neat Scanner exactly like the Books For Dummies, but a Disc For Dummies. Also, it took more than six hours when I got it signed up.
I don’t understand. I've sat on so many webinars, trying to get the training. They’re teaching you how to use the new stuff that they have but I can't get it.
Also, sometimes I don't have a good internet connection and that can make things difficult. I would have preferred to have everything on my own computer backed up by myself and under my control but they eliminated that and on the new system, I didn't have any choice but the cloud. Install Neat Scanner Without Disk
As of today, I do not think that I’ll ever look back. It was a good step to move to Neat Cloud and it’s just perfect. That aside, I have told my friends that they could not go wrong by choosing Neat to do their stuff. Original Title: neat adf driver not working in win 10 and the neat online fix does not work I have neatdesk ND-1000 and 64 bit win 8 upgraded to win 10. Neat has been working fairly regularly but now it again has stopped and I have followed all the online directions, delete ADF scanner, try to repair adf scanner in setup etc and this does not work. Included reboot each tome I deleted or reinstalled the program. Its a waste of my time and neat never responded last time. Erlene, We do apologize for the frustration. We have had issues in the past with making the Neat Software compatible with updates by Apple. Currently we have a driver that is in BETA that has worked successfully with many of our customers that are using Mojave. We are still working with Apple directly to create a fix that will eliminate this issue from happening any longer. With it, we organize the documents we have by customer and by date. It makes our processes more effective. We use the Neat Cloud too. However, we have to contact The Neat Company very often because there's an issue with their software. They fix the issue when it comes up, but they haven't permanently fixed it. Though we've interacted pretty well with their reps, with that bug they aren't fixing, we are considering moving to a different company.
